SOS: get me to an IHOP, ASAP!
Why am in such an urgent pancake panic, you ask? Well our Instagram friends money0351 and Oreo Hunters tipped us off about Cap’n Crunch’s Blueberry Pancake Crunch, and just looking at it above makes my blood syrup levels plummet. I’m gonna need a buttermilk IV to keep my system from going into griddlecake gridlock.

Though Cap’n Crunch’s recent, drool-inducing tweet might’ve been a hint, I did not see this one coming. Just like with last summer’s Orange Creampop Crunch, it’s nearly impossible to predict what the good Cap’n’s next obscure dessert-flavored cereal will be these days. Blueberry Pancake Crunch could’ve just as easily been Maple Bacon Crunch, Syrup-Glazed Sweet Potato Crunch, or Chicken & Waffles Crunch.
Sorry, I still have maple leaves stuck in my mind—stuck with syrup, that is.
Apparently the cereal has already been spotted at Walmart and Albertsons, and it will have a nationwide release soon. Once my French toast frenzy has calmed down into a manageable flapjack fantod, you’d better believe I’m going to drive off looking for it. No rain, sleet, snow, or cloudy with a chance of meatball is going to stop me. Hey, there’s my prediction for Cap’n Crunch’s next cereal: “Spaghetti & Meatball Crunch.”

CAN NOT WAIT FOR THIS TO COME BACK IN STORES!!! By far one of my favorite cereals!! I wish I would have bought 5 boxes before they were all gone. Next time I will stock up for sure!
I just bought a box yesterday at my local supermarket Meijer here in Michigan yesterday for $1.88..It was on an end cap and not in the cereal isle which apparently they only had a few boxes to begin with..Trust me if you can get a box do it, it smells and tastes just like blueberry pancakes..My granddaughter loves it and if I’m lucky enough when I go back in their today maybe I can score another box..Capt. you out did yourself on this one..lol..
Still searching for this in my state. Super excited for this version. I could eat this 24/7. I basically have the appetite of a 10 year old lol

What was essentially a cookies and cream crunch was released a few years ago under the Hershey’s brand, if I’m remembering correctly. It was pretty average and got discontinued but I sure wouldn’t mind seeing Cap’n try to introduce their own spin on the flavor.
Yep. I actually kinda liked it, though I wish the creme puffs in it were Reese’s Puff-sized, instead of considerably smaller.
I actually didn’t mind Hershey’s cookies and cream either but the captain could probably do a better version.
Mother of god. The Cap’n is wasting no time in bringing out what may be one of the best cereals of the year.
